Bruce broke his leg 8/10/06 in unofficial schooling -- x-rays showed that it was a type 4 central tarsal fracture, that would benefit from being repaired... he had surgery 8/11/06 at a cost of around $700 - which included surgery, x-rays and first cast. The majority of his surgery has been paid for by Greyhound Companions, but they are not sure they can take him … so we are still looking for a group that will take this sweet boy.
