These dogs moved to adoption groups the weekend of January 18-19, 2003.

	By The Sea, call name Also ... White Female with some ticking ... 8.5 years old 64G / 39578 ... very nice older girl ... great with kids whelped June 7, 94 ... Torrey Pines x Wild Daisy Also was just picked up at a pound near Abilene, Kansas. She and her housemate, Digger had been living with a family (including children) that could no longer afford to keep them. Also was born in June of '94 and is a good sized girl - white with grey spots. Both of her ears have gray/black on them. She appears to have had an injury on her right rear hock or foot - she limps occasionally. Also is good on a leash, friendly and loves everybody. Also had been with her former family for about 5 years.
	Soul Man, call name Jake ... Light Fawn Brindle male ... 8.5 years old 94C / 42614 ... NEUTERED, playful & mellow Jake is a light fawn with brindle pencil stripes. He had been in a home, but it was too noisy for him. Jake would love a quiet home (preferably no children) with a large soft bed for him to lounge on. His foster home has other greys, cats, and small dogs. Jake's foster Mom reports that he loves to go for walks and would make a great jogging partner for someone. She says he has no bad habits, but doesn't care for riding in the car. Jake will only get up on the couch when his foster parents aren't home - he thinks he's being sneaky and gets off the couch when he hears them come home. He's not fast enough to get down without being seen, but his foster parents pretend that they don't know what he's doing...they let him think he's getting away with something!
